Set up Fee - £375.00 - This fee includes includes the cost of the tenant referencing which we are now unable to charge the tenants due to the Tenant Fee Ban legislation effective from 1st June 2019.
Tenancy Renewal Fee - £200.00
Section 8 Notice - £150.00
Section 21 Notice - £150.00
Section 13 Notice - £100.00
We charge a fixed monthly price of 10% - NO VAT.
